SGO, Strategic Growth Ops: homeGet a demo

Case study · Next Level Cleaning · Festus, MO

There’s a website, and then there’s a next level website.

Two owners, one doing construction cleans and one doing homes, both on job sites all day. Their old site looked fine on a laptop and lost people on a phone. Their calls went to two personal cells.

Next Level Cleaning’s old Thryv website: phone numbers stacked in the header, an all-caps headline over a dark photo.
Next Level Cleaning’s new website by SGO: their tagline as the headline, a call button and a quote button, the owners framed beside it.

What we built

Everything a crew needs while it’s on a job.

  1. Their words, as the headline.

“There’s clean, and then there’s next level clean.” is what the owners say, so it’s the first thing you read.

  2. A four-step quote builder.

Builders pick the phase, square footage, windows, address and clean-by date. The request lands ready to price, with an alert to both owners.

  3. One business line with a phone menu.

Press 1 for construction and commercial, press 2 for residential and Airbnb. Each goes to the right owner, and a missed call gets a text back.

  4. Calendars that wait for approval.

Four color-coded calendars. Nothing is confirmed, and no reminder goes out, until an owner approves the job.

  5. Reviews and chat.

A review request after every job, and website chat that lands in the same inbox app on their phones.

  6. Owners edit their own words.

A built-in editor lets them change any sentence on the site without calling us.

The quote builder

The questions the owner asks on the phone, asked before the phone rings.

We took the construction owner’s own list (phase, crew-sizing details, who’s booking, the deadline) and turned it into four taps. Builders get a clear form; the owners get a request they can price.
